Our History
DIMKWIS COMPANY LTD. started as a sole proprietorship under the business name DIMKWIS Ent. in August 2011. In 2015, the company was converted into a limited liability. Over the years the company has undertaken many challenging construction projects and accumulated skills, know-how and experiences in civil and building projects including the famous Tema Harbour Expansion as a sub-contractor.
DIMKWIS COMPANY LTD. has undertaken sub-contracting works on form-work, block-work, plaster, tiling, reinforcement, concreting and pavement from various main contractors in Ghana including China Harbour Engineering Company (Ghana) Limited and Eifage Genie Civil on Tema Harbour Expansion, Zakhem on the Desalination, Kpone Thermal Power Project, Kempinsky Hotel and other civil works in Takoradi, WBHO on the Junction Mall and Accra Mall projects.
DIMKWIS is aligned with all project stakeholders through open communication to ensure we add value and exceed our client’s expectation.
We also provide engineering surveying services as well. Our objective is to provide our clients with assured services free of headaches on projects. We are committed to providing clear communication and achieving client’s objectives is our priority.
Our office is located in Community 9, Tema, closer to T- Havana.

OUR MANAGEMENT TEAM
The business is driven by our two working directors who have collectively accumulated more than 25 years of working experience in the building and civil engineering industry. They are involved in construction works and management of the company. We also have our accounts team and backroom staff helping the day to day activities and coordinating with field men.
The management team proactively involve themselves in both field and office work. They identify gaps in the project and communicate to the clients for proper planning and control.
Mr. Jacob Narh Sosi
ABOUT OUR DIRECTOR
Jacob Narh Sosi started the company with over sixteen years of experience in the construction industry, having completed Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering at Cuba and worked in Spain for two years.
Jacob also worked on projects in Ghana after his return. He was part of projects like The New American Embassy in Cantonments, Accra and the famous Movenpick Ambassador Hotel in Accra. He has also been involved in some bridge construction in the Western and Eastern Regions of Ghana.
With his leadership skills, he has been able to steer the affairs of DIMKWIS for the past seven years despite all the challenges. Jacob’s focus is on clients, the business team and the future development of the company.
